Welcome to Grandma's Dumplings and behind it - Yana and Alex.

We are passionate about cooking and sharing Ukrainian food. Back when we were kids we learned how to make dumplings from our grandmothers. It would be a pleasure to share Ukrainian childhood flavours with you!

Our Story

Grandma's Dumplings was created with a food truck in mind. We hope to reach our goal of purchasing a food truck by March 2026. Let's see how it will go.

We would like to share Ukrainian food and culture with you and make you fall in love with it!

Yana works for Grandma's Dumplings full time and takes care of daily operations and administration. She is a licensed attorney in Ukraine and moved to Canada in 2024 due to the war.

Alex is a cook with 15 years of experience. He is a specialist in dough. This is why the dough in our dumplings is just heavenly. He is behind the recipes we are cooking.

Grandma's Dumplings loves farmers markets and we offer frozen dumplings delivery and pickup.

We would be also more than happy to cater at your event or share our dumplings recipes in a cooking class!
